CHICKEN PORTABELLA VESUVIO - Breast of Chicken Sautéed with Portabella Mushroom Slivers in a Light Sauce with Vesuvio Potatoes & Fresh Vegetables.

RIB AND CHICKEN COMBO PLATTER - A Boneless Breast of Chicken Flame Broiled with a Half Slab of BBQ Baby Back Ribs.  Served with a Baked Potato, Slaw, and Vegetable.

FLAT IRON STEAK - Broiled Ten Ounce "Blue Collar Steak".  Smothered in Garlic Mushrooms.  Served with Vegetable and Potato choice.

BLACKENED SALMON - Cajun Blackened not to Spicy!  Served with a Tomato Corn Salsa, Vegetable and choice of Potato.

FRESH LAKE WHITEFISH - Great Lakes Favorite!  Pan Fried, topped with Garlic Chive Butter.  Served with Baby Red Potatoes & Fresh Vegetables.

CHEESEY TORTELLINI -  Prepared with Garlic Mushrooms, and Sundried Tomatoes in a Pesto Cream Sauce with Parmesan Romano Cheese.

MARINATED SKIRT STEAK VESUVIO - Our Most Popular Steak.  Marinated, Seasoned, and then Flame Broiled.  Served with Vesuvio Oven Browned Potatoes and Todays Vegetable.

ROAST TURKEY BREAST
  Real Sliced White Turkey Breast Meat, Sage Dressing, Vegetables, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy.

BROILED CHOP STEAK - Chop Sirloin topped with Sautéed Onions & Mushrooms.  Served with Mashed Potatoes and Fresh Vegetables.

FAJITA SIZZLERS - Choose From Steak or Chicken.  Sauteed with Peppers, Onions, and Mushrooms.  Served with Flour Tortillas, Rice, Sour Cream & Salsa.

STIR FRY CRAZY - Chicken Stir Fry prepared with Broccoli, Peppers, Onions,and Mushrooms in a Light Teriyaki Glaze.  Served with Steamed Rice and Flour Tortillas. 

RAVIOLI QUATTRO FORMAGGI - Stuffed Raviolis with a Blend of Four Cheeses Topped with Marinara Sauce.

CHICKEN PORTABELLA ALFREDO - A Grilled Boneless Chicken Breast Prepared in a Creamy Alfredo Sauce Tossed with Fresh Portabello Slivers & Fettuccini Noodles.

FILLET OF "SOLE"
  Tender White Fish Filet Broiled in Lemon Wine Butter.  Served with Choice of Potato and Fresh Vegetables.
Add Shrimp Creole Topping for a slight extra charge.

TOMATO BASIL CHICKEN POMODORO
 Fettuccine Noodles prepared with a Garlic Basil Tomato Sauce.  Topped with a Flame Broiled Chicken Breast and a side Garlic Bread.

PAN SEARED SCALLOPS & RAVIOLI
Our Four Cheese Ravioli prepared with Sundried Tomatoes and Fresh Mushrooms in a Creamy Parmesan Sauce topped with Pan Seared Scallops.
